Breaking In A Leather Powerlifting Belt
There are several phases involved in breaking in a leather weight lifting belt. The first, is to wear the thing! It will become gradually more flexible over time as you wear it, and your natural sweat will help to soften the leather. At this point, it will also start to fit your body curves.
The second phase to breaking in a leather powerlifting belt, is to start treating it. You do this, by soaking a cotton ball in rubbing alcohol, and then rubbing the belt with it.
